We take your privacy seriously. Here is a plain-English summary of how we handle your personal information before we get into the details.

We collect information about you when you visit our site or place an order. We use it to process your subscription, deliver your bike, and occasionally let you know about our products. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the trusted tools we use to run our business - Shopify, Stripe, Google Analytics and Circuly. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect information about your device, including your browser type, IP address, time zone, and cookies. We also collect information about how you browse and interact with the site. We call this "Device Information."

When you place an order or subscribe, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. We call this "Order Information."

Together, Device Information and Order Information make up what we refer to as "Personal Information" in this policy.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We pass on only the information necessary to complete your payment (name, address, invoice amount, currency and transaction number). Your payment data is used solely for processing purposes.

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

We use Circuly to manage our subscriptions. This covers checkout, customer login, invoices, payment processing, communications, return management and reporting. Your data is stored on Circuly's servers and used exclusively to process and manage your subscription. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing an efficient and customer-friendly subscription service (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or upon your request.

We retain your Order Information for as long as necessary to manage your subscription and fulfil our legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
