REVOLV SARL - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before we get to the legal bit...
Here is a quick summary of how our service works.
You choose a bike for your child and decide whether to buy it or subscribe to it. If you buy, the bike is yours. If you subscribe, you pay monthly and can swap to a bigger bike whenever your child grows.
Our service is currently available in Switzerland only.
Here is how the subscription works in a nutshell:
- You choose your bike and subscribe monthly. Your first bike is delivered free of charge.
- You commit to a minimum of 12 months. After that, your subscription renews automatically month by month until you cancel.
- You can swap your bike at any time. Each swap starts a new 12-month minimum term.
- When you swap, returning your current bike is at your cost (CHF 30.50). We cover the delivery of your new bike once per year. Beyond that, delivery is also at your cost (CHF 30.50).
- You have 14 days after receiving your bike to return it if it does not fit. Please note that delivery costs are at your expense in this case.
- You can add our optional Peace of Mind Insurance for CHF 3.90/month to cover normal wear and tear.
- If you cancel before 12 months without swapping, you may owe the remaining monthly payments.
- You are responsible for the bike while it is in your possession.

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Revolv Sarl. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Revolv Sarl. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us or subscribing to one of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our website. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION - BIKE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our two options
When selecting your bike, two options are available:
- Buy (I keep it): outright purchase of a new bike.
- Subscribe (I swap when they grow): monthly rental with the possibility of swapping bikes at any time.
Periodicity and term
Subscriptions are paid monthly with a minimum term of 12 months. After 12 months, your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
There are no set-up fees. Your first payment activates your subscription and corresponds to your first monthly payment. Your bike will be shipped within a few days. The second payment is taken one month after your bike has shipped, with subsequent payments at monthly intervals.
First bike delivery
Delivery of your first bike is free of charge, with no minimum order amount required.
Swapping your bike
You can swap your bike at any time during your subscription. Each swap resets your minimum term to 12 months from the date of exchange.
The following fees apply when swapping:
- Return of your current bike: always at your cost (CHF 30.50), regardless of how often you swap.
- Delivery of your new bike: free of charge once per subscription year. Beyond one swap per year, delivery of the new bike (CHF 30.50) is at your cost.
Swaps can be initiated from your customer account or by contacting us at team@revolvbikes.com. We aim to arrange simultaneous delivery of your new bike and collection of your old one. You may also return your bike in person at our Geneva showroom by prior appointment confirmed by Revolv, in which case the return is free of charge.
Cancellation
If you cancel before the end of your 12-month minimum term without swapping for another bike, we may charge a one-time payment for the remaining monthly payments due until the end of the minimum term.
After 12 months, your subscription ends at the close of the current month following your cancellation notice. You must return your bike within 14 days of the end of your last subscription month to avoid automatic renewal and the next monthly payment being charged.
SECTION - PEACE OF MIND INSURANCE (OPTIONAL)
Ride freely, return with peace of mind. Our optional Peace of Mind Insurance at CHF 3.90/month covers normal wear and tear so there are no surprises when you return your bike.
What is covered:
- Minor repairs due to normal use (grips, pedals, bell, derailleur, etc.)
- Full bike cleaning at the end of the rental period
- Puncture repairs and inner tube replacement
- Tyres worn from repeated skidding
- Standard adjustments upon return
What is not covered:
- Theft, loss, attempted theft or vandalism
- Damage caused by an accident or collision
- Significant negligence, misuse or unauthorised modifications
- Structural damage (severely bent or cracked frame, fork or rims)
Conditions:
- CHF 3.90 per month, added to your monthly subscription
- Excess: CHF 10 per damaged part (excluding punctures and cleaning)
- Coverage cap: CHF 150 per return
- Cancellable at any time, automatically renewed with your subscription
SECTION - 14-DAY TEST RIDE
We want you and your child to love your bike. That is why we offer a 14-day test ride period. If the bike does not fit, just email us at team@revolvbikes.com within 14 days of receiving it and we will arrange a return.
Please note that test rides are to be conducted at your home or driveway only. Do not take the bike off-road or dispose of any packaging until you have decided to keep it.
Returned bikes must be in their original condition, clean, with all accessories and original packaging. Return postage and the initial delivery fee are at your expense in the event of a return within this period. Shipping bikes is costly, so we kindly ask you to measure your child's inseam carefully before ordering.
SECTION - RETURNS AND LIABILITY
Return procedure
Please notify us in advance of any return by emailing team@revolvbikes.com. You may also return your bike in person at our Geneva showroom by prior appointment confirmed by Revolv. The return address is:

Once we have received and checked your bike, we will confirm the formal closure of your subscription.
Liability and damage
You are responsible for the bike while it is in your possession. We cover the cost of servicing and refurbishing bikes between subscriptions for normal wear and tear.
If you do not have the Peace of Mind Insurance and your bike shows damage beyond normal wear and tear upon return, we will get in touch to agree on a fair contribution towards repair costs.
If you do not return your bike (e.g. in the event of loss, theft or irreparable damage), you will be liable to pay an amount equivalent to the manufacturer's recommended retail price, less any subscription payments already made.
You may already be covered for theft or damage by your household and/or civil liability insurance. For additional cover, you may wish to visit www.suisse-velo.ch.
SECTION - USED BIKE PURCHASES
Used bike sales are only subject to our standard return policy if delivered by post, otherwise they are sold as seen. All used bike sales are final. Revolv Sarl accepts no responsibility for used bikes after the sale or the applicable 14-day return period.
SECTION - SHIPPING
Revolv Sarl currently delivers within Switzerland only. Orders from outside Switzerland cannot be accepted.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have obtained parental consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites and shall not be liable for any harm or damages related to transactions made in connection with them.
SECTION 8 - USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
Any comments or submissions you forward to us may be used by us without restriction. You agree that your comments will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.
SECTION 9 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. In no case shall Revolv Sarl or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
SECTION 11 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolv Sarl and its employees from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 13 - TERMINATION
These Terms of Service are effective unless terminated by either party. We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or provision.
SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
