Shipping policy

We work hard to get your bike to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about shipping.

DELIVERY FEES

For new subscriptions, delivery of your first bike is always free of charge.

For bike swaps, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for applicable delivery fees.

For all other orders (accessories, helmets, etc.), delivery is free for orders of CHF 100 or above. For orders below CHF 100, we charge CHF 8.50.

We currently deliver within Switzerland only.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

Swiss Post and Planzer are our primary shipping partners. We may use other carriers from time to time.

DISPATCH TIMES

We endeavour to dispatch your order within two working days of receipt. We take the time to build and check over your bike before sending it, so it is ready to ride straight out of the box.

TRACKING

Once your shipment has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will be able to track and manage your delivery directly.

Please note that transit times are not guaranteed. While we are confident in the reliability of our shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur.
