Initial 12-month commitment, retained when you swap. New or previously used bike, checked and serviced according to stock. Monthly payments pay for rental and are not deducted from a purchase. When you buy, you own the bike; buyback only covers bikes bought new from Revolv and kept in good condition.

Receive it assembled and adjusted
Every bike is assembled and adjusted in our workshop. For transport, depending on the size, the front wheel and pedals are removed and the handlebar is turned: the enclosed guide lets you put everything back in place in a few minutes. First delivery free on every new subscription in Switzerland. 14-day trial at the start of a new subscription, from delivery or collection. The first month and any return transport remain payable. This trial does not apply to purchases or swaps.

Guaranteed buyback
- The bike is yours
- When it gets too small, we buy it back at a guaranteed price based on the price you paid: 55% up to 18 months after purchase, 42% from 18 to 24 months, 30% beyond, for a bike bought new from Revolv and in good condition
- We pay you the amount, or deduct it from your next bike
- The subscription’s 14-day trial does not apply to purchases. Request a size exchange within 14 days, with the bike still new and not ridden outdoors; no refund for a simple change of mind.

What happens next?
With a subscription, the new rate applies at the next monthly billing date without restarting your commitment. With a purchase, buyback follows the terms for bikes bought new from Revolv in good condition; the amount is paid to you or deducted from your next bike.

How long am I committed for?
12 months, then month to month. Changing bikes does not restart your commitment.

What if my child damages the bike?
The Peace of Mind Insurance covers normal wear, with a CHF 10 excess per part and a CHF 150 cap. Theft, loss and accidents are not covered.
Do you deliver everywhere?
Anywhere in Switzerland. You can also collect the bike from the showroom.
