We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. Here is everything you need to know.


BIKES

Damages and issues

Please inspect your bike upon receipt and contact us immediately at team@revolvbikes.com if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns and cancellations

For information on bike returns, 14-day test rides, subscription cancellations and bike swaps, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.


ALL OTHER ITEMS (ACCESSORIES, HELMETS, ETC.)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at team@revolvbikes.com if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for all non-bike items, except used bikes purchased in person. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing team@revolvbikes.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received - unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please send return items to the following address:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether a full refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure items are well packaged, protected and tracked. Revolv Sàrl cannot be held responsible for items not received or received damaged.

If your item is not fit for resale (damaged, used, worn, without tags or original packaging), restocking fees may apply or the item may be ineligible for a refund and returned to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
