Delivery and returns
Delivery within Switzerland only, by Swiss Post or Planzer: CHF 8.50, free for orders from CHF 100. We usually ship within 2 working days. Free pickup at our showroom, Rue des Rois 3 in Geneva, usually ready within 24 hours.
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return by emailing team@revolvbikes.com. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. Gift vouchers and sale items cannot be returned.
For an exchange, return the item and place a new order.
Good to know
Who needs knee pads?
Children who ride mountain bikes or learn on trails. They should cover the knee without slipping while pedalling.
What is the tow rope for?
It links your bike to your child’s to help them uphill. Unhook it as soon as the ground gets easy again.
