Couldn’t recommend this company more. Excellent customer service from Alex who was always on hand to answer my questions, from searching for an appropriate bike for my 6 year old son, giving me plenty of honest options, dealing with my subscription, and handling my return delivery/exchange with kindness and professionalism. Alex even met me on a street in Geneva when I had trouble parking the car nearby the drop off point! Would encourage anyone who is unsure of what bike to get their child and/or doesn’t want to commit to buying one for an expensive price to use this company!

I have four children and I have experienced nothing but exceptionally fantastic service and care from Revolv bikes. I signed up for three subscription new bikes, and was able to painlessly make many tweaks / adjustments to my orders along the way; from helmets to kick stands, chain live and bike pump, every piece of advice and assistance has made this such a great experience. What a great company concept.

I totally recommend checking out Revolv Bikes if you are looking for a bike for your kid. It was a wonderful way to get a quality bike for my five-year-old son while knowing that he can exchange it when outgrows it and it will go on to be used by other kids. Tom was very helpful and responsive and it's clear that he has carefully chosen good quality products. The new Frog bike is really light compared to a supermarket bike that he struggled with in the past.
We recently bought/subscribed to Revolv for my 5 year old son. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of superb. The owner clearly knows his stuff, he selected a lovely British made Frog bike. It was so much lighter and more comfortable than the previous one I bought for my son from Decathlon. I thoroughly recommend this company for ease of use and quality.
Great concept and excellent customer service! We have subscribed since last year for our two children, who recently outgrew their original bikes and we were able to size up within a day of notifying Revolv. Highly recommended!

Revolv Bikes and owner Tom have been very helpful for my son. We don't have much experience with bikes. Tom took the time to explain different types of bikes and help us choose the most appropriate one for the preferences for our son. He was also super patient to respond to any questions we had related to bikes and relevant accessories. He went out of his way to also help us choose a helmet that is safe and well rated. He was very friendly and genuine. It makes a difference to get services from someone who really knows his field and is kindly sharing and providing excellent service. I wish we had such a service when kur son was much younger. Great opportunity to have your child get the most appropriate bike for their age an interest without committing to buying it.
